Tools
School principals often juggle competing priorities, making it difficult to find timely and relevant leadership resources. While Alpaca provides free tools through the Little Wins Library, principals frequently struggle to discover actionable content due to limited search functionality, unclear categorization, and the absence of a personalized experience.
This project emerged from the need to understand principals’ daily routines and identify the moments when they most need guidance. By mapping these “Critical Moments” and aligning resources to their workflow, the Library could become a more valuable, user-centered tool that supports principals in making quick, informed decisions.
